![]() Until your small insignificant step is now a habit, then you can increase your actions, in our example maybe doing 50 push ups or even going to the gym It might seem as an insignificant action, but thats the right action because you wont face resistance and you are provided that you will do it everyday without fail, whether you are tired, drunk, frustrated, any case might be you will not have an excuse to do one push up per day. So lets say you want to be physically healthy, you may start by doing one push up a day, yes you heard right "one" push up per day. ![]() The main aim of mini habits is to make the change a second nature of you which is making the change a habit. So instead of taking huge changes, mini habits helps you take very small actions that your mind wont face resistance when doing. Often we face resistance when we want to make such huge changes in our lives due to uncertainty and risk associated with every change.
